My original cable had a fault with a magnets and wasn’t connecting so I couldn’t charge the helmet without holding it. Contacted the customer service team who helped me right away. My new cable arrived just moments later and it works great! Thank you for your help
My original charging cable stopped working (plastic protection broke). I'm pleased to see that the replacement cable is of much better quality.
I purchased second unit of it to have it for charging my KickStart even at work.
The cable is good quality product, easy to connect to lighting indicator as well
